Job Announcement: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Onward Psychiatry is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of part-time work, allowing you to choose your own hours as a 1099 contractor. Telehealth appointments are also available, providing convenient options for patient care. Responsibilities: - Conduct individual therapy sessions with patients, utilizing evidence-based practices. - Perform comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans. - Provide counseling and support to individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. - Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health. Requirements: - Valid and active LICSW license in Massachusetts. - Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting. - Strong knowledge and understanding of evidence-based therapy modalities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
