Celebrating the Women Who Are Rebuilding More Than Just Cars This International Women’s Day March 8 and Women’s History Month, we celebrate the incredible women at On the Road Garage who are breaking barriers in collision repair! Through our DOL Department of Labor-registered apprenticeship program, they’re mastering body repair, painting, estimation, mechanics, and office management, proving that skilled trades have no gender. With hands-on training, access to industry-leading education, and mentorship from master technicians and senior leaders, these women are driving change, redefining success, and inspiring others to follow in their footsteps. Here’s to the women who keep us moving forward—today and every day!
