Today is a bittersweet day at On the Goga as our incredible co-founder, Dr. Aly Goldstein, PsyD, MBA, officially transitions from her role as COO to key advisor. Over the past four years, Aly has been an integral part of our company’s journey, leading with passion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to our mission of making the future of work more human. During Aly’s time as our COO, their leadership and deep expertise has helped the company achieve and exceed some amazing milestones. It’s safe to say that the team is already missing working with Aly every day, but we couldn’t be more excited for their future endeavors. We’re looking forward to continuing to learn from their insights through this next phase of company growth as they join our incredible team of mentors and advisors that help drive our success. After an incredible journey as the COO/Co-Founder of On the Goga, I am transitioning into the role of advisor as I take time to rest and recharge before pursuing a new opportunity. Reflecting on the past four years, I am filled with pride and gratitude for all of the accomplishments our team has achieved. Working alongside such a talented and dedicated group of individuals—including my co-founder Anna Greenwald, who will continue to successfully lead the company into the next phase of growth—has been an inspiring and rewarding experience. Each of our team members, mentors, and supporters has contributed in unique and invaluable ways, and I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to have been part of this journey with them. I’m excited to share that I will soon be joining Morgan Hembree, PsyD, MBA at Senscia Leadership, where I’ll continue pursuing my passion for leadership and talent development, and facilitating high performance and organizational effectiveness. As an advisor, I’m eager to witness and contribute to the continued growth and innovation at On the Goga, knowing that the future is bright with such exceptional people steering the ship.
