When we asked her what advice she would give to young women starting their careers, Jennifer said, "If I were to give any advice to young women starting their careers it would be to embrace their confidence and trust their abilities. I would tell them they should seek out mentors while focusing on continuous improvement and staying adaptable. But most importantly they should always advocate for their value in the workplace."

Don’t be afraid to fail; every setback is a lesson that will make you stronger and more resilient. Surround yourself with mentors and role models—learn from people you admire, ask questions, and seek guidance. Success isn’t just about talent; it’s about persistence, confidence, and the willingness to keep pushing forward, even when things don’t go as planned."

Don’t be afraid to take risks or step outside your comfort zone—that’s where the most growth happens. Advocate for yourself. Your voice matters, and your contributions are valuable. Surround yourself with mentors and a strong support network of women and allies who inspire and uplift you. At the same time, don’t hesitate to uplift others—there is room for everyone at the top. Lastly, remember that your career path doesn’t have to be linear. It’s okay to pivot, explore new passions, and redefine success on your own terms. Stay true to your values, and most importantly, enjoy the journey."
