In this season of thanksgiving, we reflect on the power of our mission and the importance of taking care of our own. For Stacey Wick, business development manager at Onsite Women’s Health, a recent experience brought the life-changing impact of our services close to home when her sister-in-law was diagnosed with breast cancer after a routine screening mammogram at affiliate Women's Care in Winter Park, Florida. To honor the team that helped save her sister-in-law's life, Stacey joined in on Onsite's 'Hero Award' presentation – which recognizes and rewards the life-saving work performed by our partners' mammography schedulers – where she met and personally thanked the Women’s Care team that played a vital role in her sister-in-law's early detection: Dr. George Amyradakis (OBGYN provider), Desirae Irizarry (mammography scheduler) and Kelcy Tejero (mammography technologist). "Working at Onsite is a job, but it’s so much more than that,” says Stacey. “Each one of us plays a part in saving the lives of women. It was an honor to meet the team that personally impacted my sister-in-law in her recent diagnosis of breast cancer. Our mission hits close to home, and I’ll be forever grateful." This story is yet another testament to the significant strides we are making in ensuring the early detection of breast cancer becomes a reality for even more women. Each role, each exam and each interaction has the potential to save lives. Thank you to Stacey – and our care teams – for making a positive impact in the fight against breast cancer. Through our dedication and care, we will perform over 425,000 patient exams this year, resulting in the early detection of an estimated 1,250 breast cancers. Together, we are saving lives. #OnsiteWomens #EarlyDetection #Mammogram #BreastCancer #Mammography #Thanksgiving

Delivering accessible, high-quality breast health care starts with ensuring that our teammates and affiliate practices are equipped with the necessary tools and training. At Onsite, we are on course to perform over 425,000 patient exams this year, with the early detection of an estimated 1,250 breast cancers. Our unique ability to bridge large-scale resources across our more than 140 centers and 26 states – creates value for our partners— helping to continuously detect breast cancer early and deliver the best possible patient outcomes. Leveraging our resources is part of what sets Onsite apart, and Justin Porter, imaging equipment manager and lead installer, is part of that great team. Based in St. Petersburg, Florida, Justin works with our teams across the nation to manage the daily operations of our imaging equipment to ensure optimal uptime, functionality and performance while assisting in the implementation of new screening facilities. When he’s not overseeing those areas, he’s assisting in building and maintaining our vendor relationships. Please take a few moments to read more about Justin and how he leverages new technology and process innovations for our teammates, patients and practices: Onsite: What is your favorite part of your role? Justin: “I love the fact that I get to travel the country to be a part of the ever-expanding growth that Onsite has taken on and to ensure that the screening process for women is as smooth, easy, and comfortable as possible.” Onsite: Tell us about your career pathway. Justin: “I started with Onsite in 2019 as an installer while living in Florida. I moved back to Massachusetts to accept this position and over the span of the last five years, I have worked to become the Imaging Equipment Manager and Lead Installer.” Onsite: Who inspires you? Justin: “The whole team I work with and beyond. Everyone I have built a relationship within the company has such drive and determination for the same common goal. Aside from them as my co-workers, I truly believe I have created forever friends as well.” Onsite: How has Onsite Women’s Health invested in you and your career? Justin: “By giving me the chance to grow, learn and fail in a rapidly growing field. I must thank my bosses, Doug Thayer and John McClellan, for giving me the blueprint to success out there!” Onsite: What is the one thing you would want potential recruits to know about working for Onsite Women’s Health? Justin: “Onsite takes care of their own and wants to see their employees succeed and grow, all while ensuring patient care is our number one priority! Onsite: Any additional thoughts? Justin: "GO BRUINS!” To Justin – and our more than 500 teammates – thank you for your pivotal role in saving the lives of sisters, mothers, daughters, wives and friends through innovative breast health care. #OnsiteWomens #FacesOfOnsite #BreastHealth

We are proud to announce that affiliate Maternal Gynerations in Lawrenceville, Georgia, has been accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR) with no missing criteria showing excellence on submitted clinical images. The ACR gold seal of accreditation represents the highest level of image quality and patient safety, awarded only after a peer-reviewed evaluation by board-certified physicians and medical physicists. Onsite mammography technologists – like Kierra Chandler – have to be diligent in their positioning skills to attain this level of imaging and not every patient breast type is eligible for submission. “Achieving a perfect ACR review means more to me than just meeting a set of standards—it reflects my deep commitment to providing the highest quality care for my patients,” says Kierra. “As a mammography technologist, every image I capture is not just a routine task but a vital part of a woman’s health journey. The pride I take in receiving a perfect review is a reminder of the trust my patients place in me and the responsibility I carry in helping to safeguard their health.” Please join us in recognizing Kierra – and our incredible imaging teams – that make it possible to offer patients the comfort, convenience and continuity of in-office mammography screening with the most advanced imaging technology. #OnsiteWomens #ImagingExcellence #BreastCancer #FacesOfOnsite #Mammography

Saving lives together. We’re proud to announce our newest partnership with The Group Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialists, P.C. to provide in-office comprehensive breast health and imaging services to their patients in Davenport, Iowa. "It has always been a goal to offer on-site mammography, making our practice more of a one-stop shop for our patients," said Dr. Briana Barclay, physician and co-owner of The Group. "We recommend mammography screenings annually for women over 40, and for younger women based on a personal risk assessment. Having the ability to schedule patients for a mammogram at the same time as their annual exam will be more convenient for them. Our goal is to save more lives through early detection, and making the scheduling process as easy as possible may encourage more regular screenings." With more than 130 locations, Onsite Women’s Health stands ready to partner with OBGYN and primary care practices – like The Group – to offer comprehensive imaging services, including 3D-screening mammography. Onsite Women’s Health is proud to employ veterans, military spouses and members of the military community. On this Veterans Day – a day set aside to thank and honor all those who served honorably in the U.S. Armed Forces – we express our gratitude for the selfless sacrifice of our veterans, like Jessica Benton. Jessica proudly served in the United States Air Force for four years, where she honed vital leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills. After transitioning to civilian life, Jessica became a mammography technologist in 2012 and with Onsite’s tuition assistance program, she later pursued a bachelor’s degree in informatics, blending her military experience with a passion for women’s healthcare. Today, Jessica serves as a Regional Director where she leads a team and is responsible for the oversight and operations of multiple partner practices across Florida. At Onsite, Jessica applies her dedication and strategic thinking to empower those around her. “The combination of my military background and education has given me a unique perspective that I apply daily in promoting quality care and supporting my team,” says Jessica. With a mission-driven focus, she is committed to making breast cancer screenings accessible and prioritizing women’s health through early detection. “Seeing the direct impact of our work in promoting early detection is incredibly fulfilling, it motivates us all to strive for excellence every day.” Thank you, Jessica, for your service to our country and for your continued commitment to transforming lives through your leadership and advocacy at Onsite Women’s Health. #OnsiteWomens #WomensHealthcare #VeteransDay #FacesOfOnsite

“I love that most of my patients are deeply appreciative of the work I do, and being able to make a meaningful difference in their lives is truly rewarding." In honor of National Radiologic Technology Week, we are shining a light on our teammates – like Sabina Bauman – who are essential in the fight against breast cancer. For 16 years, Sabina worked as an X-ray technologist, but everything changed when her best friend – a single mother in her 30s – was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer. Witnessing her friend's battle with the disease was a life-altering experience that inspired Sabina to make a difference in breast health. Motivated to help other women and promote early detection, she dedicated herself to becoming a mammographer, where she now provides compassionate and skilled care to her patients at affiliate Women’s Health Associates in Boise, Idaho. "Sabina is fantastic with her patients, always going the extra mile to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for,” says Kellie Suing, area manager at Onsite Women’s Health. “We are incredibly fortunate to have her as our lead technologist in Boise, and the practice truly loves and appreciates her dedication and expertise." To Sabina – and all Onsite mammography technologists and care team members – we appreciate your passion for the mammography profession and your valuable role in women’s health. During National Radiologic Technology Week, and beyond, we celebrate you and thank you. #OnsiteWomens #NRTW24 #NRTW #FacesOfOnsite?#Mammography #BreastCancer
