    Mezco Fabrication, LLC has teamed up with Mac Cameron and his team at Spokbee.com to create a new way off ordering custom metal parts without the submission of a drawing and waiting for a quote. All you need is access to a web browser to create and order custom metal parts. Custom parts that can be configured and ordered from the office or better yet straight from the job site. We are starting things off with 4 simple shapes that can be configured in different sizes, thicknesses, and material types. With combination of Spokbee.com software and Onshape by PTC running in the background all you need to do is follow the simple prompts and enter the desired dimensions, material type and quantity. Instantly you will receive a per part piece price along with the ability to save your configuration, view and download a CAD model, place an order along with a secure payments section. No need to submit a drawing or call and wait for a quote, everything is done instantly. Very soon we will offer more cut shapes with more part features such as holes and cutouts along with bent sheet metal brackets in shapes of L, C, and Z. Will we stop there? Nope! We will keep adding to the library and offer more of our manufacturing services such as welding/fabrication and powder coating.     Now that the HAVF Profile tool is live, I've been using it to stress what I can possibly achieve with it in Onshape by PTC. Wow! 385 features and the part is still easy to work on. A part this complex is not always easy to make in Solidworks, just because a lot of the tools like the split feature are really bad at consistently deleting the intended geometry on rebuild. It's nice not to have to work around that. This design has about 2 dozen split features and I haven't had a problem with one. Now, what material should I print this in first?
