We are excited to announce that our mortgage subsidiary PHH Mortgage was recognized for the 5th consecutive year by Freddie Mac for servicing excellence. For 2024, PHH Mortgage was a recognized subservicer in two categories: Clients servicing 200K + Freddie Mac mortgages and Clients servicing 20K – 75K Freddie Mac mortgages. Great job by our team for getting it done for our clients and customers!

Onity Group is excited to welcome Maria D'Anza as our new Vice President of Product Development and Industry Relations. Maria will be responsible for identifying, developing and driving the implementation of key strategic product initiatives aimed at promoting growth, market expansion, technology innovation and customer engagement. She also will act as a liaison for key external industry relationships for our product development and strategic relationship endeavors. ? Maria brings 25 years of experience in the finance and mortgage industries to the Company. She has a diverse background in product development, project management, sales, marketing, consumer lending, investor relations, credit risk, regulatory compliance, technology solutions, sourcing, contract finance, as well as whole loan sales and securitizations. Our US/USVI offices held Thanksgiving food drives to help people experiencing hunger in the Sacramento, Houston, Palm Beach, South Jersey, and St. Croix regions. Together we raised $5,627 and collected 1,362 lbs. of food! We thank our employees for their generosity and commitment to giving back to our communities, and we wish all our of customers, clients, vendors and employees a safe and happy Thanksgiving.

We are excited to announce that last month, Onity and our branding partner Thackway McCord were honored to win Gold in the Best Creative Strategy (Corporate) category at the 2024 Transform Awards North America ceremony. Transform is the only awards program in the region to celebrate the transformative power of rebranding and brand development. In addition to winning gold, we also won awards for Best Naming Strategy (Rename category) and Best Visual Identity (Financial Services Sector category.

Onity was pleased to sponsor a booth at the Autism Speaks South Jersey Walk this past Saturday. It was our 9th?year as a walk sponsor. Members of our affinity group GROW (Guidance and Resources for Onity Women) volunteered their time to hand out water and foam footballs to walk participants. Our Mount Laurel office employees also raised $2,537 for Autism Speaks in the month leading up to the walk! We’re proud of our team for giving back to the community by supporting Autism Speaks and its mission of helping individuals with autism and their families.
