Earlier this month IFPA's Emerging Leaders Program kicked off in Arizona! This program prepares high-potential leaders from all segments of the global fresh produce and floral supply chains, to embrace increasing levels of responsibility and handle both challenges and opportunities inherent in future leadership roles within the industries. During the kick off participants were able to: ?? Learn from top industry leaders and university professors. Thank you to our onsite thought leaders Denise Junqueiro, Matt Mandel, Mark Munger, and Jill Overdorf and to the University of Arizona professors in attendance. ?? Hone cross-functional skills through real-world simulations, case studies, group exercises and discussions ?? Build valuable relationships with peers throughout the global supply chain This group will continue to develop through ongoing online learning, culminating with a capstone course at the 2025 Global Produce and Floral Show (#GPFS2025).
