Meet Eva Mosby with Urban Strategies, Inc. . She shared some GREAT news with our residents last week. Washers and Dryers in each unit? YES! Central heat and air? YES! Ability to select colors? YES! She shared that all our residents have to do is: Pay rent on time Don't move while the project is being constructed. Stay within the rules of the community. We can do this! #onewestside
