We are excited to announce three new tools to help you scale your digital programs this cycle! Starting today you can email supporters, build dynamic audiences, and send out surveys…all on Switchboard. ??? Switchboard Email is here! You asked for email, and we are delivering! We've taken all the things you know and love about Switchboard and built an email product. You can use our color-coded HTML editor or our intuitive drag-and-drop editing experience to draft, A/B test, and send powerful targeted emails to your supporters and donors. Just as we do for texting, we provide deliverability data to help you run a healthy email program up to and beyond election day. We know that starting up a new email program or pivoting to a new email tool mid-cycle can be daunting, so we are offering Switchboard Email for free for most programs through the 2024 cycle. Create and send forms Whether you are surveying supporters, building your volunteer base, or asking voters to join your team, you can now create free branded forms to send out in Switchboard text broadcasts or email blasts. You can track clicks and form completions, then use that information to update your audiences for future sending. ?? Build dynamic audiences With our new audience builder, you can build out complex audiences using donation, engagement, and location data. If you are using Switchboard for both texting and email, you can create email lists using data from your texting program, and vice versa. When attached to a text broadcast or email blast these searches will automatically refresh on send, saving you the step of having to re-pull a static list before each send goes out. This represents our latest effort to help Democrats and other progressives understand their fundraising programs, so teams can focus on running their programs, not crunching numbers. This product provides useful breakdowns of ActBlue data right in Switchboard — see details on recurring contributions, donation channels, and more without having to make your own spreadsheets or maintain your own data pipelines. We have long believed that campaigns and organizations of all sizes should be able to have dashboards like these, so this is completely free, even if you don’t text with us.
