We officially opened EVOQ East Cobb, the newest 55+ community in Marietta over the weekend, complete with a ribbon cutting for our first resident. This is our 2nd EVOQ Community developed in partnership with Atlantic Residential and 6th project with Swinerton as the GC. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this opening possible, and especially to our fantastic leasing team.

We recently closed on our 11th HearthSide site, which will add?HearthSide Riverdale to our award-winning HearthSide portfolio. Scheduled to open in early 2026, HearthSide Riverdale will be a mixed-income community for residents aged 62+, providing 70 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes in a traditional, 4-story building, 12 of which will be priced at market rents, with the remaining 58 units set aside for senior residents earning up to 60% of the area median income.?
