Scheduled to open in early 2026, HearthSide Riverdale will be a mixed-income community for residents aged 62+, providing 70 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes in a traditional, 4-story building, 12 of which will be priced at market rents, with the remaining 58 units set aside for senior residents earning up to 60% of the area median income.?

We are gearing up to start pre-leasing our second BTR 55+ Hayloft Cottages community in Alpharetta. Scheduled to open this fall, Hayloft Big Creek will offer 113 homes with 10 floor plans from which residents can choose their perfect home. The team at Catamount Constructors has done a great job keeping our community on schedule.
