A collaboration to create a more sustainable St. Louis Region.
关于我们
OneSTL is a collaboration to create a more sustainable region. Our vision is a prosperous, healthy, and vibrant St. Louis region. OneSTL’s regional sustainability plan has evolved to include a dynamic network of organizations and individuals sharing ideas, expertise, and resources to meet our regional sustainability goals. We are focused on greenhouse gas emissions, access to healthy food, biodiversity, transit-oriented development, waste reduction, and water quality and green infrastructure. There are monthly sustainability labs at the T-Rex on the last Tuesday of the month -- you should join us!

Mayor Brian K. Jackson from the City of Beverly Hills shared how they incorporated energy efficiency and water efficiency upgrades in preparation for getting solar on their city hall. And Justin Idleburg shared about a new initiative Genesis Green, which hopes to give heat pumps to a few local houses of worship and work with local workforce training programs on the installation. Check out these tips for road safety at dusk, and let's make our region safer for all modes of travel!
Did you know dusk is the most common time for roadway crashes to occur? A staggering 78% of pedestrian-involved crashed in the region occur after dark, commonly around sunset. Make sure to pay extra attention when driving during sunset, as kids are leaving after school activities and risk of a pedestrian injury increases.
