Today, ONEOK announced it has executed a definitive agreement with DT Midstream under which the company will sell three of the company’s wholly owned interstate natural gas pipeline systems for a total cash consideration of $1.2 billion subject to customary adjustments. The FERC regulated systems included in the transaction are: Guardian Pipeline, Midwestern Gas Transmission and Viking Gas Transmission. Read more about it here: https://bit.ly/3YQYAvc

While #VeteransDay is officially recognized on November 11th, this week we celebrated our ONEOK employee veterans with a special panel and a birthday cake-cutting ceremony for the U.S. Marine Corps.
