A little over two years ago Richard Rosenow and I started talking about something bold and ambitious - what if we could map the global People Analytics community using a single Active Organizational Network Analysis? Today I’m thrilled and excited to announce the launch of the People Analytics Network Census (PANC) - a project that is designed to do just that! Richard and I have been joined by Matthew Diabes, PhD and Stephanie Murphy, Ph.D. as the core team behind the PANC. All four of us are committed to the overarching goal of the PANC - to use the power of networks and network science to map and understand the global People Analytics community and then to deliver actionable insights back to the community and the individuals in that community. Insights around the informal groups that exist and how those groups are connected to each other, the impact of career breaks on networks / careers, and parts of the global community that are feeling more or less connected to others…to highlight just a few areas of particular focus. So, if you are a People Analytics professional anywhere in the world (or someone that is closely connected to the People Analytics community such as at a vendor or working in academia) we are asking you to signup today via the link below to take part in the People Analytics Network Census: https://lnkd.in/gkQ7tUeR You will find more details about the PANC at the link above, including on why you should sign-up (hint: anyone who wants a personal network report will receive one). You will also find links to the PANC privacy policy and approach.
