Our mission of improving the financial well-being of hardworking Americans includes supporting causes that affect our friends, neighbors and customers across the nation. Last year, we focused on financial education, food insecurity, veterans' initiatives and disaster relief among others. In 2025, we will continue to empower #TeamOneMain to volunteer with nonprofits they believe in, offering 24 hours of paid volunteer time off each year. This hands-on commitment is what has once again certified OneMain as a Most Loved Workplace by the Best Practice Institute and earned us recognition for our focus on Volunteering and Veterans. And the best is yet to come.?

In honor of #BlackHistoryMonth, OneMain hosted a Day of Inclusion with leaders from across the company who shared their experiences and perspectives with fellow team members. Supporting the communities where we work and live happens here daily.
