Reflecting on last year’s Food Chain Innovation Challenge, I’m still amazed by the creativity and passion we saw from participants. Fungi For Future's mycelium-based packaging stood out, pushing the boundaries of sustainability. It reminded us all of the power of innovation in reducing food waste. At Lineage, we’re committed to transforming the food supply chain to eliminate waste and help feed the world.
