We’re excited to share that ONELIFE Senior Living has officially acquired The Woodlake Senior Living, a 137-unit assisted living and memory care community in Sacramento, California! This acquisition marks our 14th property and our fourth senior living community in California. It also comes on the heels of ONELIFE’s merger with Ally Senior Living earlier this year, resulting in a rapid expansion that has more than doubled our properties under management in just six months. Dan Williams, CEO of ONELIFE Senior Living, shared, “The Woodlake Senior Living will be our fourth senior care community in California. We are invested in expanding our California portfolio because nearly 13 million residents there are over the age of 50. With such a large senior population, California has a constant and growing need for senior living options, and ONELIFE has made it a goal to meet that demand.” We are thrilled to continue our mission of providing compassionate, personalized care to seniors in the communities we serve.
