We are beyond thankful to Windrose Advisors for their generous hospitality in hosting One Family at their office this week! It was an incredible opportunity to connect with their team and share the impactful work that One Family is doing. We were thrilled to spotlight the inspiring journeys of two of our program alumni and Advocacy Team members, Christie and Kennia. A highlight of the day was a meaningful activity with the staff, where everyone rolled up their sleeves to assemble care packages for some of our participants. In FY24, participants of One Family’s Credential to Career program who secured new jobs saw an average salary increase of $26,833—transforming their financial future and helping their families to thrive. Through education, career training, and personalized support, One Family empowers families to access better opportunities, higher wages, and long-term economic stability.
