Big News: Today, we announced $32 million in expansion capital led by Addition, the funds will be used to bolster our foothold in core business segments and grow into new markets. This raise allows for our team to continue driving value in markets where current trading mechanisms leave untapped potential and will support our plans of launching new Smart Markets for other asset classes and geographies; while exploring opportunities beyond traditional capital markets where our matching technology can drive new efficiencies. This round comes on the heels of exceptional growth. Since we launched in 2022, we facilitated more than $500 billion in institutional securities transactions, with average daily trading volumes growing to more than 550% of November 2023 average daily volume. We continue to see strong month-over-month volume growth as more clients connect and increase usage. We're grateful to our incredible team and partners who have been instrumental in driving our success. This expansion capital represents a vote of confidence in our vision and strategy.
