"I went to my favorite restaurant, McGuire's, for my birthday. [One of the bartenders] found out I do a morning show on the radio and asked me to talk about the Big Red Bus coming to McGuire's. I told him "Absolutely!" I came back to McGuire's the day the Big Red Bus was there and I've been donating ever since! I have a perfect immune system so why not share my blood and platelets. O- donor Linda started her blood donation journey in the ‘70s. Throughout her time as donor, she’s collected her fair share of gifts. Recently, Linda compiled a quilt of the T-shirts she’s received as a OneBlood donor. She says each patch on her quilt, “represent times that I gave blood and how that helped people.” ??
