    We were all hands on deck the last few weeks, helping clients switch to Google’s new sending requirements. One question clients asked most often was about the simplified unsubscribe process. “But won't that increase my opt-out rate?” We viewed this as an opportunity rather than a setback.     You know that old saying, ‘the shoemaker’s son always goes barefoot’? That’s kinda been our story at One 10 Media.
