Prosser Memorial Health worked with bcDESIGNGROUP and Bouten Construction Company to design and build out the new 100K+ SF Prosser Hospital and Surgical Specialty Clinic campus. What a fantastic opening night celebration at WALLFLOWERS Art Interactive expop immersive art experience in DT #sanjose! The opening night party drew a great crowd, including San Jose Museum of Art Executive Director S. Sayre Batton, ICA San Jose Executive Director James Leventhal, real estate broker Mark Ritchie, Metro Publisher Dan Pulcrano, San Jose Jazz Executive Director Brendan Rawson and Kerry Adams Hapner, San Jose’s director of cultural affairs. Hat's off to Alexandra Stein, the many exceptional artist (Matthew Rose, Alex Itin, Mila Libman and Jung Ran Bae) who provided the eclectic and rich artwork, and Charissa Rativo & the installation team from One Workplace for the teamwork to pull this together! A Tale of Two Projects — Sustainable and Wellness Design in San Mateo County Join us for a presentation by Sam Lin from County of San Mateo and Jacky Yung from CannonDesign on the innovative interior design of the Cordilleras Mental Health Campus, featuring four 16-bed rehabilitation cottages designed for tailored mental health treatments. Experts will discuss how thoughtful design elements — such as spatial planning, material selection, and integration of nature — enhance patient well-being. Additionally, Sarah Laffoday and Jennifer Brody from One Workplace will lead attendees on a tour of San Mateo County Office Building 3, the nation’s first net-zero-energy, mass-timber civic building, and talk about its sustainable design strategies, including natural ventilation, daylighting, and passive energy reduction. ??
