This month, we’re shining a spotlight on one of our incredible California employment partners, San Mateo County Transit District! Our members are playing a vital role in helping SamTrans transition to a new building by 2026 by assisting with the digitization of important documents such as; sorting, scanning, and uploading files to Dropbox. Through this opportunity, OSBI members are gaining valuable workplace skills while earning a paycheck and building independence. Recently named our new Scottsdale Campus Director, Esme’s journey with One Step Beyond began in August 2021 as a Dance Supervisor.
