Last week, our own Partner + Executive Chef Paul Kahan and Publican Quality Bread Managing Partner Greg Wade joined forces with World Central Kitchen for an LA Fire Relief dinner, hosted by our friends at Piccolo Sogno. Great food and even greater generosity came together to raise more than $72K for Los Angeles restaurant relief. Grateful to be part of a community that steps up when it matters most!
