Thinking of paying for media for EB-1? What if I told you it could bar you from the US forever... Your EB-1 denied. Any H-1B (or other visa) renewal denied. Would you still want to do it? I don't think so. Wait, wait, wait, this sounds ridiculous. How would paying for media bar you from any visa in the US? Well... There's a new trend at USCIS. Officers who see paid-for media are calling it fraud. They are saying that because the media was created for the purposes of the EB-1, it is not legitimate. Not legitmate = fraud. And if an officer finds you committed fraud, this has severe consequences for ALL immigration applications. Are there ways to argue against this? Sure. Do you want to be in this situation?
