This week's feel good story comes from our Com Hab department Community Habilitation consists of services designed to assist individuals in acquiring, retaining and improving the self-help, socialization and adaptive skills necessary to reside successfully in their home and engage in community based activities. Our Direct Support Professionals provide this service as one to one support so that our individuals can achieve their valued outcomes to increase their independence.
