Building a strong team is a top priority for leaders and elite athletes can help. These athletes bring years of experience as team leaders at the highest level of college and professional sports. In a 1-hour speaking event for businesses/organizations, On The Team speakers share stories of lessons learned about leadership, collaboration, resilience, and accountability that you and your team can immediately put to work. Growth is optional. The strength of our relationships will determine whether we simply survive change, or whether we thrive through it.” ?? 3.
