For the first time we brought together our manufacturers (STENI International , Petrarch, ForMe Design, Bostik) and U.S independent sales representatives for our inaugural Sales Conference - and what an incredible event it was! We kicked things off at Built Environments in Leland, NC, where we put our rainscreen products to the test, had some fun, learned about some of the rigours of formal testing and accreditations, and enjoyed some delicious Southern hospitality. A huge thank you to Jarrett Davis, M. Steven Doggett, Ph.D.Tara Hill, Mathew Congleton, and the entire Built Environments team for hosting us at your impressive testing facility (more to come on this…)! Monday and Tuesday were filled with insightful presentations, networking, and recognition from our manufacturers and the Omnis Team. The level of collaboration, engagement, and shared passion for what we do was truly inspiring. And of course, no conference is complete without a little downtime. On the last night, we wrapped up with a stunning boat ride along the Cape Fear River, watching the sunset and celebrating a fantastic few days together. Organizing these events always takes a lot of planning and effort - but what truly makes it special is the people. Progress Update: Exciting developments are happening at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games in Glendale’s Westgate Entertainment District! The North and East walls are complete, with 9,000 SF of Steni panels left to install on the South and West walls. The West wall, with its dynamic design and signature branding, is taking shape, featuring angled Steni panels for added depth and dimension. Located in a high-traffic entertainment hub next to Top Golf, the NFL stadium, and a new water park, this Andretti location is set to be a major attraction. With Spring training bringing crowds to the area, the anticipation is building! We’re proud to see Steni Panels play a key role in bringing this exciting venue to life. The Eastside Recreation Center in Oakley recently opened its doors, marking a major milestone for the community of Cincinnati. Designed by MSA Design and built by Perkins Carmack Construction, this $7.4 million facility spans 15,400 square feet and will serve as a hub for recreation, events, and connection. At Omnis Panels, we are proud to have supplied a custom color of Petrarch Composite Stone for select areas of the exterior, complementing the center’s contemporary design. Towards the end of January, Craig Chivers from Omnis had the pleasure of accompanying the design and construction team behind the two-tower complex at 1 Java Street, Greenpoint, Brooklyn, to the Petrarch factory in Hastings. Erik Tinkhauser, Jordan Crouse, Joseph Vierling, Joshua Argast, Jeremy Labbycci, and Matt Ulsh visited Petrarch’s facility where they experienced its production methods firsthand and explored local projects showcasing Petrarch’s unique aesthetic and durability. Designed by ???????????? and developed by ??????????????????, 1 Java Street is set to open in Winter 2025, providing 834 rental units, retail spaces, and public areas that enhance waterfront connectivity. With installation by ???????? ???????????????? & ???????????????? and construction management by ???????????????? ???????????????????????? ????., ??????., the project is targeting LEED Gold, WEDG Waterfront, Fitwel, and Energy Star certifications, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and community impact.
