Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire About the Role: As a Business Unit GM Value Stream Manager, you will drive efficiency, streamline production, and lead cross-functional teams to meet key business objectives. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality products on time and within budget while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end value stream operations, ensuring on-time, cost-effective production. - Lead a team of direct reports and cross-functional personnel in achieving performance goals. - Implement Lean principles to improve efficiency, eliminate waste, and optimize processes. - Monitor and manage KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). - Partner with leadership on strategic planning, project execution, and process enhancements. - Solve complex operational challenges through data-driven decision-making and root-cause analysis. - Develop and mentor high-performing teams, driving professional growth and engagement. - Ensure compliance with industry and company standards, maintaining operational excellence. What We're Looking For: ?? 10+ years of experience in plant management, operations, or project management. ?? Background in manufacturing, production, or engineering-related industries. ?? Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives. ?? Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and strategic execution. ?? Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement sustainable improvements. ?? Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA/PMP preferred). ??
