?? 65-75 Dupont St., Greenpoint, NY Omnibuild and our crews are proud of the significant progress on our Dupont Street project in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Featuring a contemporary design with multiple setbacks, landscaped and furnished outdoor terraces, and subtly angled facades, the building showcases a blend of neutral-tone brick on the lower levels and darker masonry on the upper half. Tall windows and a central courtyard add to its architectural appeal. With the east side of the build nearly complete, crews are making steady progress on the western portion. This 470,000 sq. ft. luxury residential development is an assemblage of ten parcels between Clay St. and Franklin St., just a short walk from the revitalized East River waterfront. Greenpoint Central will bring style and sophistication to an evolving neighborhood with 473 new residences and a host of prestige-living amenities. It's rewarding to see this project begin to take shape and reflect the architectural renderings.
