This year’s award show-themed event was all about honoring our incredible associates—the true stars of Omni SF! Every Omni SF associate was an all-star! ? Throughout the night, we celebrated our team by embracing our All-In culture, with associates nominating each other for special awards. Winners were recognized with trophies, symbolizing the hard work, heart, and hospitality they bring to our hotel every day. With amazing food stations featuring Chinese, Mexican, and Filipino cuisines, plus many raffle prizes to complete the Omni-wood feel, this event was one for the Movies! ?? Gerardo Carias?is also stepping into a Doorperson role, coming to us from bartending at Monte's. ??? Lastly,?Wilgens Pierre Grigsby-Olson will now be seen more during the day as he shifts from Overnight LP Security to a daytime Security Officer role. Last but not least, we have a new face joining us! Please welcome?Jesus Rosales?to our Omni Family as he will be joining the banquet team as a Banquet Houseperson! Happy Lunar New Year! ?????? Yesterday, we celebrated by supporting local businesses and showing our appreciation to our amazing team. To mark the occasion, we got a whole roasted pig for everyone from Gourmet Delight— a delicious and meaningful way to wish our staff a prosperous new year! One of the best things about working at Omni San Francisco is how close we are to Chinatown. So, we had the fun of pushing our roasted pig just a couple of blocks down the street and straight into the cafeteria. The joy and excitement on everyone's faces made it all worth it! This winter season, the Omni San Francisco Hotel had the privilege of hosting a clothes drive throughout December and January in partnership with St. Anthony Foundation. With the incredible generosity of our associates, we were able to fill not just one but two barrels to the very top with warm clothing! Our garden is growing, and we are thrilled to announce the promotion of Jackel So to Assistant Director of Rooms! In his new role, Jackel will oversee both the Front Office and Housekeeping Departments. ???? During his time in Omni San Francisco, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership as both the Director of Front Office and the Director of Housekeeping, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues and guests alike. Jackel’s commitment to professional growth has also been recognized at the corporate level, as he was selected to join Omni’s inaugural Executive Committee In Development Program.
