Join us in celebrating Amber Miller on her well-deserved promotion to Resort Outlets Manager at Omni PGA Frisco Resort! Amber first joined us as a Pool Supervisor, where she quickly made an impact. Her leadership skills then led her to Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Apron, where she continued to elevate the guest experience. Now, she steps into the role of Resort Outlets Manager, where she will oversee multiple venues and drive exceptional service across the resort. Amber’s growth within our team exemplifies what it means to Grow the Garden, and we are thrilled to see her continue to thrive in this new leadership role!?

Congratulations to Elena Su on her well-earned promotion to Assistant Manager! Elena began her journey with us as a Server, quickly rising to F&B Leader in Development, and after successfully completing all her LID commitments, she has now stepped into this leadership role. Her dedication, hard work, and passion for hospitality have been truly inspiring. We can’t wait to see all that she accomplishes in this next chapter! The future is bright for Elena!

From the very beginning, Tanner Offutt has been an integral part of Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa. As one of our first associates, he began his journey in 2021 as a Greenskeeper, demonstrating hard work and dedication to our world-class courses. In 2023, he advanced to Assistant in Training, further refining his skills and leadership. Now, Tanner is officially taking his next big step—we’re thrilled to announce his promotion to Assistant Superintendent of the West Course! His commitment to excellence has helped shape the success of our golf operations, and we know he will continue to make a lasting impact in his new role. Growth happens when dedication meets opportunity, and Donald Patterson is a perfect example of that! After mastering the maintenance and care of the West Course, Donald is now expanding his expertise as he steps up to assist and lead the East Course to success. His commitment to excellence and passion for course maintenance have been instrumental in keeping our golf courses in top condition, and we have no doubt he will bring the same dedication to the East Course. This Valentine’s Day, we showed our associates just how sweet they are with a festive Candy Bar Activation—because nothing says appreciation like a little sugar! But the real heartwarming moment? Our Duckygrams! Associates had the chance to send these adorable messages to coworkers across the property, spreading kindness and joy throughout the Resort. Best of all, the proceeds from Duckygram purchases are going to the Omni Circle, supporting our associates in times of need. Update: We raised over $1,200 for Omni Circle!
