Omni Care Internship Testimonial: Quinton Eastman Endicott College I loved my time as an intern in the Banquets department at the Omni Mount Washington Resort ! I was given the opportunity to work with so many people from different places and backgrounds. I learned new skills that will carry with me for the rest of my life. I made lifelong friends and have a whole lot of stories to tell. Omni is more like a family rather than a place of work. The people are so warm and loving and immediately make you feel like one of their own. After growing up in Littleton, New Hampshire my entire life, it was an honor to work for Omni. The Omni Mount Washington Resort is so beautiful and unique with so many things to do. I golfed and skied with my fellow associates countless times. I had a blast working there! After graduating from Endicott in May of 2024, I accepted a Supervisor position at the Lifted Rooftop Restaurant & Bar at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport. I get the opportunity to extend my time working with Omni and expand my background in Food & Beverage. I have had a blast with the staff and new environment in Boston. Kenny joined the Omni MTWASH team in 2022, and later transitioned to an F&B Supervisor position in 2023.?He was promoted to Assistant F&B Manager in the Spring of 2024, and we are excited to announce his most recent promotion to F&B Manager!?Kenny has been passionate about improving the guest and associate experience, and his efforts have made a huge impact on the operation since he started in F&B.?Congratulations Kenny on this well-deserved promotion! Liz joined the Omni MTWASH team in 2021 as a Banquet Server and was later promoted to Banquet Captain due to her outstanding customer service and dedication to serving our guests.?We are thrilled to announce Liz’s most recent promotion to F&B Supervisor at the Ski Area.?Liz has done a fantastic job leading the Fabyan’s team over the past few weeks, and we look forward to seeing her continued success in her new role! Starting as an OCI Banquet intern at Omni Mount Washington Resort in New Hampshire, the experience has been a comprehensive journey, providing me with foundational knowledge of Hospitality from the Back of House, to developing autonomy in leadership within the Front of House. Additionally, cross-training in the Sales and Marketing department has been instrumental in shaping my career path.
