We are excited to announce that since June 2024, we've raised over 300 books to donate to our partner orphanage in Nigeria! We received these books from Marilyn Van Kleeck, who is a chair member of the Friends of the Sugar Land Library. We are so grateful for this generosity and we just can't wait to ship these books out in late summer - early fall. We are also excited to announce that we've launched our fundraiser for raising funds for international shipping costs + school supplies for the children at the orphanage. We are so grateful to have just received a $50 donation from Caroline Nixson from the Houston Audubon Society today! @Caroline Nixson If you have anything to spare it would mean so much to us if you could help support our project.
