For the March Employee Spotlight, Omega Technical Services highlights Robert Cordani "Robbie", a Technical Advisor at the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Headquarters, with over 50 years of experience in the nuclear industry. Robbie began his career at Y-12 National Security Complex and is known for his dedication to his team, valuing each individual and fostering a “can do” attitude. Inspired by Einstein and his mentor, Pethick, Robbie encourages innovative thinking and believes in achieving results and helping people along the way. Outside of work, Robbie and his wife, Wendy, are avid travelers, having visited countries like South Africa, New Zealand, and Iceland, with plans for the Galapagos Islands and Peru. Robbie also enjoys woodworking, and restoring old cars, and has a collection that includes a ‘76 Corvette and a ‘67 Mustang. Robert and Wendy are passionate about ballroom dancing, having won several awards, including "Best Performance" at the East Tennessee Dance Showdown. For the February Employee Spotlight, Omega Technical Services is excited to feature Jeremiah Lunger, a Project Manager at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). Jeremiah’s career began at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, where he gained valuable experience in various roles. His guiding principle has always been humility: “There’s always opportunity for people who care, take ownership, and work hard.” This mindset has shaped his leadership and collaboration style, recognizing the collective strength of his colleagues. Outside of work, Jeremiah enjoys traveling with his wife, visiting family in South Carolina, and boating. A standout memory was taking his boat to the Bahamas last summer. His passion for cars has been lifelong, recently fulfilling a bucket list item by attending the Formula 1 race in Las Vegas for his birthday.
