Today, February 24, marks the third anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. In three days, on February 27, we will commemorate 11 years of Russian occupation, which began in 2014 with the illegal annexation of Crimea. The occupied territories face the same fate: Russia does not just seize control—it seeks to erase them. Pro-Ukrainian activists, Crimean Tatar leaders, journalists, human rights defenders, engaged citizens.... ?? OMCT and its partners document these crimes. Summary executions, arbitrary detentions, torture, enforced disappearances: massive human rights violations that international bodies recognise as international crimes. ??
