Her clients span industries including agribusiness, automotive, banking, biosciences, construction, education, financial services, manufacturing, ministry, non-profit, and technology. Before joining The Table Group as a Principal Consultant, Amie was in private practice. She created leadership development resources for thousands of sales leaders while managing a team of nearly 2,000 people in a multi-billion-dollar international company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is a former speechwriter for the Governor of Nebraska. Janyne Peek Emsick, Ph.D. brings to the Omaha Leaders stage over three decades of experience coaching leaders and their teams through the hard places every leader has the opportunity to navigate in our complex world. From the C-Suite of the Fortune 100 to the micro-enterprise and non-profit executive, Janyne has helped a multitude of leaders on six continents. Janyne also teaches on change leadership in Creighton University's MBA program, as well as the doctoral seminar "The person of the Leader” for Tyndale University’s Doctorate of Ministry Program. A co-founder of Professional Women Connect Global and Executive-YP Dialogues, Janyne's most recent community service start-up event is the The Gratitude Summit, launched in 2022.
