Omaha High School Students – Apply for the Mark Cuban Foundation Artificial Intelligence (AI) Bootcamp hosted by Notified ?? The Mark Cuban Foundation, in partnership with Notified is bringing the only AI camp of its kind, free of charge, to high school students in Omaha. With a custom and highly-relevant curriculum focused on teaching students about the latest developments in the world of AI and Generative AI, the camp will provide the tools to make these technologies work for them and promises to educate, inspire and fuel the next generation of AI professionals. The Omaha STEM Ecosystem is committed to helping build a diverse and sustainable STEM workforce and community in Omaha. As a collective impact organization, Omaha STEM Ecosystem believes in the power of connections, collaborations and communication to help develop the core talent needs and develop actionable frameworks to grow Omaha’s STEM workforce. Omaha STEM Ecosystem’s collaborative partnership between education, government, nonprofit and business entities maximizes science, technology, engineering and mathematics learning initiatives for all young people, especially those underrepresented in STEM careers. There is no single initiative that can close the STEM talent gap problem, as the elements we face are complex. Our challenges span from identifying critical workforce skills, aligning curriculum content with careers of the future and providing access to all community members to high-quality STEM education programs. Together we can cultivate excellence and partnership in STEM education to assure Omaha remains a vibrant STEM community. National STEM Festival project submissions are now open! Embark on a mission to create a project that addresses a real-world problem, aligning with one of the six festival themes. Utilize the scientific method or engineering design process to develop your solution. · Top projects from every U.S. state, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories will be selected as Challenge Finalists. · Up to 150 National Champions will earn a trip to the National STEM Festival in Washington, D.C., in March 2025.
