Congratulations to our latest Crew Leader University (CLU) graduates! ???? These employees have completed their in-class training and will take their oral board exams later this spring. Through CLU, they’ve gained essential leadership tools—covering trust-building, problem-solving, safety and customer interactions—to prepare for future crew leader roles. Since launching in 2020, CLU has equipped 160 employees with the skills to lead, with 84 advancing to crew leader positions. We’re proud to support their growth and the future of leadership at OPPD!

This past weekend, OPPD employees took on the challenge of Trek Up the Tower. This event pushes participants to climb 40 floors of the First National Bank Tower—the tallest building between Minneapolis and Denver. Some opted for the walking track event, while others tackled the Vertical Mile, completing 11 ascents of the tower. Beyond the physical challenge, Trek Up the Tower is a fundraiser for The Wellbeing Partners, an organization dedicated to promoting well-being in communities and workplaces through advocacy, collaboration and education. We’re proud to support this mission, and kudos to our employees who conquered the challenge! ??
