  • We are sunsetting Olvy ?? It’s time to say goodbye ?? After 3 rewarding years of building and growing alongside our customers, we’ve made the difficult decision to wind down Olvy. It has been an incredible journey, and we are immensely proud of what we’ve built together. What You Need to Know: ? Effective immediately, all billing has been discontinued. Refunds have been issued to those on yearly subscriptions. ? You can continue using Olvy for free until 15th February 2025. ? After this date, all user data will be permanently deleted. Please ensure you export any necessary data before then. For assistance, reach out to [email protected]. Marc Gimeno, the head of product at Ready Player Me, oversees a multidisciplinary team working on the company's avatar solution implemented by thousands of applications globally, catering to diverse industries, including video games, education, and social networks. He highlights the challenges Ready Player Me faced before using Olvy. Since they were collecting feedback from multiple channels such as: ? Slack, ? Discord community of 70,000+ users, ? HubSpot, ? User calls, ? Feedback from the internal team of 80+ employees and 30+ million users monthly, ? Survey widgets on their website, etc. Moreover, Ready Player Me is integrated with 9,000+ apps or games.
