One of my favorite leaders over the years, Michael Brooks, retired last Friday! I had the privilege of attending his retirement party at City National Plaza. One of the benefits of growing up in the security and property management industries—especially in Downtown Los Angeles—is the opportunity to build relationships with amazing people. Mike is one of the truly good guys in this industry, both calm under fire and fair.?I think it is really telling that Mike's two granddaughters wanted to join us for this picture.?It was a pleasure to share this special day with Mike and his family. 2024 has been an exciting year!?
