?? Street trees are in place on St. Charles, and the transformation is already making a difference! The new concrete and greenery are enhancing the pedestrian experience and the overall feel of the street. We’re proud to continue making improvements, not just inside our buildings but all around downtown, contributing to the vibrant growth of the community!

Exciting update! We just closed on a new parking lot and are already diving into improvements. Our team is removing abandoned curb cuts and broken sidewalks, and we’re preparing to fence and secure the entire lot for our residents, retail customers, and office workers in the area. We're working quickly while the weather is in our favor! The new fencing will provide much better security than the current K-Rail concrete barriers. Stay tuned for more updates!?

As part of Downtown Restaurant Week, we’re excited to feature the newest addition to the 1000 Block of Washington Avenue: Buddy's Wine Bar & Bistro, which opened just yesterday! Located right across the street from Six Cord (https://www.sixcord.com/), Buddy’s is a vibrant, welcoming space where locals, tourists, and convention visitors can gather to enjoy quality food in a memorable environment. The owners recognized that convention traffic was returning to downtown post-pandemic, creating the perfect opportunity to host events and offsite gatherings. Named after Austin’s dog, Buddy, the space brings a whimsical charm with portraits of Buddy as a turn-of-the-century tycoon, alongside fun cat portraits of Millie, Sidney, and Dixie Lou.
