A longtime board member and active contributor to TCA initiatives, Bob has served as a judge for the TCA Achievement Awards and was recognized as one of the “Top 20 Most Influential Professionals in the World for Tilt-Up Construction.” With over 40 years of experience, he continues to set the standard for excellence in the construction industry. As he takes on this new leadership role and furthers Oline’s nationwide growth, he remains dedicated to driving innovation, advancing industry standards, and fostering the continued success of the TCA community. His impressive track record includes leading multimillion-dollar construction and renovation projects, developing efficient processes, and building strong subcontractor partnerships.
