I love this image, I support and encourage executives through imposter syndrome as part of my work and I have experienced it myself. But having started my own business I realise a dynamic I hadn't appreciated before - leaders who experience this (at times in the extreme), also tend to put the right people around them, they encourage others because they don't seek the limelight and (like a good game of chess) - they get all the pieces to work together to get to the best result. They get joy through others' success more than their own and this builds confidence from a totally different angle. Embrace it.
Imposter syndrome is real but… …I think its time we reframed it ?? See it as a feeling not a syndrome. A syndrome implies it’s real. It’s not. Ask yourself - is it a feeling or a fact? It’s a feeling…and it’s a feeling you get when you care about something deeply. Caring is great so time to see your imposter feeling as a positive… Share this with someone who needs to hear this! ?? : Harsh Darji

Becoming yourself isn’t easy, be vulnerable and trust in yourself. We’ve got this… Great advice
Becoming yourself is complex, indeed! It might not be linear. It may not make sense to anyone else—sometimes it might not make sense to you! And it definitely won’t always be easy. But this advice is good: stick to being authentic to who you are. Keep pursuing what you believe in, even when it’s not the most popular choice. Trust in yourself.
Timely dispute resolution for growth companies, and the importance of reaching truth. Great insights from Jeff Bezos
I'm going back and forth through this interview of Jeff Bezos and the amount of value is unbelievable. To have great velocity in your company you want to make decisions fast and you want to make the right decisions. Most of what slows things down in a company is the ability to make decisions at all scale levels so you have to build a culture with the right mechanisms?to do so. If you can't agree on what's the right decision, scalate it to your boss, don't compromise or de-energize the other party. Seek truth.

?? On managing creatives “You can’t manage them. You keep things just shy of mayhem.”??
Being a creative director isn’t impossible. ? But it’s exasperating. ? It has a lot to do with the people in your creative department. ? They’re likely to be unruly, rebellious, egocentric, insecure and fractious. ? But hopefully: capable of genius. ? If they don’t possess these traits, it’s a sign that you’re on a slow slide toward mediocrity. ? You can’t manage them. You keep things just shy of mayhem. ? And while your department can be chaotic, you’re not allowed to be. ? You have to be reasonable, understanding, focused and sensible. ? A creative director has to occupy two worlds. ? The first: mad, reckless, irrational, inspirational. ? The second: sensible, concerned and corporate. ? Learning to navigate these extremes is the key to making it work. ? #creativedirector #agency #bbh #businessofcreativity
Lord James Timpson making a remarkable maiden speech and one close to our hearts. An inspirational leader guided by trust and kindness. "As a CEO I learned that if people are happy in their jobs, feel valued, trusted and cared for they will perform day in, day out.?Sometimes life throws challenges at us, if this impacts work?it is the job of a caring company to offer support, not penalise them. I found over the years that if you care for people, they care back." We can all learn from this.
If you haven’t seen/heard Lord James Timpsons’ impressive maiden speech while introducing a debate on the King’s Speech in the House of Lords yesterday; here’s an excerpt… Talk about setting the standard! What an inspired appointment!
