Today the Leadership Team from APG Metro volunteered our time to pack meals for the 9-11 Day of Service and Remembrance. ? 9/11 Day is an organized nationwide event held in several cities across the country and is attended by over 20,000 volunteers, including corporate employees, military veterans, and first responders. ? The Philadelphia event was held at Lincoln Financial Field, there the APG Metro Team contributed by packaging 700 bags of food. This equates to 8700 individual meals for individuals and families facing food insecurity in the Philadelphia area. ? Oldcastle APG and the Metro Team are proud to partner with 9/11 Day to help make this important and meaningful event a successful one. ?
