We have all encountered a toxic person at some stage in our lives. It could be a challenging family member, a friend, or even a romantic partner. Interacting with such individuals can take a toll on our mental well-being and overall happiness. Life is precious, and we deserve to surround ourselves with uplifting people rather than those who drain our energy and diminish our self-worth.

For all those who don't know, as someone who suffers with PTSD, I advocate for and assist others who are also affected by this.
