?? CSSE Internship Spotlight: Haili Harris ?? We’re thrilled to highlight Haili Harris, who interned at Martin Bionics this summer! When asked about her internship Haili said: "At Martin Bionics I started as a sales and marketing intern. My internship was prolonged and I am now a customer service ambassador intern with the company. I focus on enhancing customer interactions and support our mission to make advanced bionic solutions accessible to those in need! I am also conducting follow up calls with leads to make sure they are moving forward and happy with the process! From this internship I am gaining confidence in my ability to sale and create a solution for the problems customer’s are experiencing." In this challenge, our students are going through every stage of the sales process, each representing Fastenal in a simulated work environment. They’ve been developing their prospecting, pitching, and closing skills, and we’re thrilled to see their growth in real-world sales scenarios. ?? Senior Spotlight! Today, we’re thrilled to highlight standout student McKenzie Davis from our CSSE program! As she prepares to graduate, she's excited to take the next step by pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Oklahoma State University. Here's what she has to say about her journey: "After graduation, I am continuing my education at Oklahoma State to earn a Master of Business Administration. My college experience has elevated my knowledge and love for the world of sales, so I am beyond excited for my future career. The CSSE program has given me so much in the last four years and equipped me with skills that I will carry on in my future career. I am extremely grateful for all of the opportunities I have been afforded because of the Professional Sales Program and encourage all students and companies to get involved." A huge thank you to Paul Wiese for opening up his home and hosting CSSE students last night. We are so grateful for the strong connections that help make CSSE what it is, and your hospitality created a welcoming environment for everyone to connect, share stories, and learn. We were also fortunate to have Coach Lutz join us and speak about his experiences, illustrating how sales skills play a role not just in the business world, but in every aspect of life. From negotiating on the court to building relationships off it, his insights were a powerful reminder that sales is everywhere. Events like these are what make CSSE so special — learning from the best and building meaningful connections. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to a memorable evening!

? Introducing our Sales and Marketing Coordinator ? Lauren Dubina is an International Business and Marketing student graduating in May 2025. In her role as one of our Sales and Marketing Coordinators, she manages partnerships, oversees recruitment, and organizes events for the organization. Passionate about sales, Lauren plans to pursue a career in this field after graduation.
