The new Fieldhouse will serve as the Early Childhood Education Center, providing a safe and innovative space for the students to grow and thrive. This state-of-the-art facility marks an exciting milestone for the Madeleine Choir School. Designed with careful consideration for the surrounding neighborhood, the Fieldhouse seamlessly integrates into the existing MCS campus while maintaining the historic alley and access network patterns that make this area so unique. Today, we proudly marked another milestone with the topping out ceremony of the 123,000sf state-of-the-art Echo Cliffs Health Center, which will significantly enhance healthcare services for the Tuba City community and surrounding areas. AAA inspectors visit hotels and restaurants unannounced and inspect properties based on cleanliness, comfort, cuisine, and consistency. This 8-story, 122-room boutique hotel, located in the heart of downtown Boise, offers a distinctive and luxurious experience. Featuring an in-house restaurant, rooftop cocktail bar, lobby bar, and coffee shop, the hotel’s industrial interior design—accented with warm, rich neutral tones—beautifully complements its brick exterior. The result is a sultry, moody atmosphere that creates a truly unique experience for every guest. Each year, during September — National Suicide Prevention Month — the construction industry dedicates a week to raising awareness about the unique mental health challenges workers face in construction. The rate of suicide among construction workers is staggering—5.5 times?the rate of all other jobsite fatalities. Even more alarming, construction workers die by suicide at a rate?four times higher?than the general population, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Yesterday, our team participated in the nationwide stand down for #ConstructionSuicidePreventionWeek, equipping our team members with vital tools and resources to better support anyone in need. Durham Hall offers a mix of lecture halls and modern classrooms that accommodate The School of International Letters and Cultures - where students study more than 20 international languages from across the world. Completed in 2021 the goals of the renovation were to modernize, maximize and enhance the spaces for students to connect and collaborate. This project provides improved space for University Classrooms, the School of International Letters and Cultures along with their associated research and outreach centers. Built with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), the construction offers durability against Oahu's windward conditions while reducing energy costs—a significant step in campus sustainability. We're excited about the progress being made at the HonorHealth Deer Valley campus. While there is still more phases ahead, we want to pause to celebrate our recent ribbon-cutting of the Support Services Building! This 22,000 SF facility features a loading dock, a tunnel connection to the existing Pavilion II, and houses essential departments such as Supply Chain, Facilities, Biomed, and more. This new addition will significantly enhance HonorHealth's ability to efficiently manage its operations and better support the healthcare needs of the Deer Valley community. Expanding to Idaho 8 years ago, we’ve had the pleasure of working alongside many incredible clients, including St. Luke's Health System. We recently had a site walk at their new 300,000sf service center, which will bolster the organization—and, by extension, healthcare for the region—against supply chain disruptions like those caused by COVID-19 and future crises. They will do this by reducing reliance on distributors, enhancing St. Luke’s ability to store needed supplies, improving visibility into available stock, and enabling better control of supply quantities for distribution.
