OHA congratulates Rep. Trey Caldwell on receiving the OHA Outstanding Achievement Award. Since his election in 2018, he has focused on reopening Tillman County Memorial Hospital, which has been closed since 2016. By collaborating with Congressman Tom Cole for funding and working with Sen. James Lankford, the late Sen. James Inhofe, and Rep. Frank Lucas to amend policies, Caldwell is committed to ensuring healthcare access for residents of Frederick and southwest Oklahoma.
